Urban BMX bikers often annoy city dwellers more than they turn their heads. In all honesty, more people watch in hopes that they bust their asses, or perhaps run into another biker or skateboarder. With the uniqueness of the one wheel in the city,… http://www.athlists.com/?p=25

Motorcycle Car
Unlike other vehicles, this motorcycle car concept has a passenger cabin that rotates, “lifting the third wheel in the air, which sprouts blades that keep the chassis stable, just like in a helicopter tail.” Looking like something from the next Transformers movie, this slick motorcycle concept toggles between two and three wheels at (presumably) the touch of a button. For highway driving it uses all three wheels. Bookmark It Hide Sites

$2,000 Giant Twist Freedom DX electric bicycle gets pedaled on video
For those balking at the $2,000 price tag, you should really take a look at the competition before scrunching your nose up and walking away. That being said, two large is still a lot to drop on something that could still require at least some bodily exertion, but a recent video review over at Popular Mechanics could help you determine whether this particular bike is worth you while. The Giant Twist Freedom DX can roll up to 75 miles on a mixture of battery and human-powered pedaling, and the

2008 Torker Unistar CX Unicycle 24″
If you are inspired to ride, this is a good sturdy Uni for the price. I think this is a great learning unicycle and fine for short commutes. If you want to ride for many miles you will probably want a larger wheel, like the Coker. This one has a comfortable seat and is pretty speedy. It’s taken the abuse of my learning period quite well. I am 5′4″ and the 24 inch is a perfect size. I usually ride with the seat only one inch higher than the lowest setting. a 20 inch wheel is the ‘free style’

Torker Unistar CX Unicycle, 24″, Chrome and in colors
The wheel is small so this is for beginners or small children. They will learn quickly and will not last too long as they will want to go the next size up. Larger wheel means less pedalling. Having known that I would have gone with 24″ wheel right away. Overall, great construction, but have to assemble. Great project for 10 year olds though…great opportunity to spend time with your kid. I Love Torker Unistar Authored by easyproducts. Hosted by Edublogs.
